We all spend more time in the office with our colleagues than with our friends, so it's important to us that we get along well and enjoy seeing each other every day.
We are relaxed and friendly with each other, you won't find any dress codes here - you work the way you feel comfortable.
Healthy eating and exercise are not a bonus for us, but are an integral part of our everyday working life. Catering is provided by the Roofers-Kitchen, our own stationary food truck, with a daily changing lunch menu, breakfast salad buffet and much more.
Various sports and physiotherapy programmes provide exercise - we've even taken care of your dog and created its own area to let off steam.
And what else? We think positively and are optimistic. We love change, try things out and are not afraid to make mistakes. We are creative, humorous and want to learn. Communication always takes place at eye level and criticism is always constructive and direct.
And we appreciate the fact that everyone gets involved - whether trainee or manager.

Your first day
Here we go.
On your first day, we will show you all the important stations in the company. We'll get you dressed and you'll have a "mentor" at your side who will be on hand to answer any questions and clarify any uncertainties during the initial period.
You will also receive a short welcome video or two.
